I am a past employee of this company & this place is by far the best in the field and I really mean that I was so impressed by this company a relaxed work environment very organized & owners who Genuinely care & who are hard working people they treat not only the individuals (clients) like family but they also treat the employees like family as well I have yet to have a job that can compare to Alternative services I would hire this company for a family member or loved one of mine if need be because I have seen with my own eyes how this company works I have seen the director come over and sit down next to a individual with special needs and read the person a book or go personally get the individual their favorite snack every need is met here for everyone involved the individuals & the employees I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in this field (even if you’re new to this field this company offers training & certifications ) & also recommend this place for family’s who needs assistances I can assure you your loved one would be in great hands! If I could give more then five stars for this place I would but 5 is obviously the limit lol ! It makes me smile and happy knowing that our most Vulnerable people in this community have a safe place like alternative services to care for them!Theresa,Rod, Fred, Gladys, Elvina if any of you see this I miss you guys & wish each and everyone of you the best in life y’all deserve it all ♥️

Finding Alternate Services for Individuals was a blessing for us. My brother needed a place with caring staff and a good atmosphere. We found so much more than that. We found a home for him. He was diagnosed with dementia and began to deteriorate quickly after moving in. He was moved into a home remodelled to meet his needs- hard wood floors and a roll in shower for improved mobility, no steps, and a mini ramp out the living room. The food was always great; he loved to eat! The staff were loving and kind. As he deteriorated, he began to call them names from his past family members because he felt so comfortable and loved. When he became ill, he was routinely visited in the hospital. The staff brought his personal music from his room at home to make him more comfortable. He just passed away, and Alternate Services has gone above and beyond in so many ways - meeting us at the house during the week, assisting us with getting an outfit ready for the viewing, and providing support and care. Tony felt like my child instead of my brother, but Alternate Services treated him like family too.
